The system is designed to handle 500 pieces per hour. The system will initially handle two sizes of package as follows
7-7/8 x 9-1/2 x 1-1/2 large box 5-1/4 x 7-5/8 x 1-1/4 small box (Wal-Mart). Inkjet coding systems producing a bar code and alpha-numeric text is included in the system. Printing systems included are equipped with our basic control system and interface with our machine system. Tracking of coded products is included in the system to maintain correlation with Amaray cases and internal product. The system includes pallet handling conveying systems that move the product throughout the system.
